Kerman-Dubai flights to take off from early September
TEHRAN - Starting in early September, Flydubai will introduce direct flights between Dubai and Kerman, significantly enhancing the Iranian province’s connectivity worldwide, a local official said.
“Flydubai will commence direct flights to and from the Kerman International Airport starting September 9,” Ali Jazinizadeh brought to light in a coordination meeting. “These flights are scheduled to operate on Mondays and Thursdays, with arrival and departure times set for 1:55 and 2:55 PM respectively.”
Jazinizadeh emphasized the collaboration of all relevant airport entities to ensure the safety, punctuality, and continuity of the Flydubai flights. He also highlighted the establishment of Flydubai’s office in Kerman as part of the necessary infrastructure.
Moreover, Milad Khani, Flydubai’s regional office manager, acknowledged the strategic location of Kerman International Airport announcing that Flydubai offices would soon open in Kish Island and Kerman, marking the official start of the airline’s service offerings to passengers.
The new flight route, Khani further elaborated, would link Kerman to 110 countries worldwide through Flydubai’s partnerships with over 20 airlines. This connectivity is expected to boost Kerman’s commercial and tourist activities, he added.
Flydubai navigation and security team would visit Kerman in the coming days to finalize preparations for the inaugural flights, according to Khani.
